Description
A very pretty 14kt (stamped and tested) 1930’s late Deco cross over diamond ring. The condition is excellent and there has never been repairs to this ring. The piece contains 14 single cut and full European cut diamonds set in the swirls flanking the two center diamond. The ring is set with one each (2 total) diamonds. One old European cut the other a transitional cut. The diamonds measure 5.35mm and 5.4mm each. The diamonds are clean SI + what we used to call top cape about J-K color but we did not remove the diamonds from the mounting. Estimated total weight 1.40ct. It is obvious this ring had been remounted from two rings, one around the turn of last century and the other the 1920. But, as a long time jeweler have rarely seen two generations of diamonds (formerly rings ) match up as this piece does. Overall you’ll like it! Size 5.
