What's in Stock

A little insight into how things happen in our world: It takes about three to five weeks to get a piece back into our store after the last one was ordered.

We don't keep everything in stock or in multiples, because we are not a warehouse.

If we sell something, we must reorder it. We will do every thing in our power to work with you so that you will get what you need in a timely manner and in the beautiful state you desire.

Stock items are pieces that are, upon customers placement of order, in Pearlman's inventory and exactly fit customers description of order (i.e. ring size, stone type, etc). Pieces ordered from a manufacturer are not considered stock items.

Consignment Policy

As fine designer jewelry specialists, we attract customers who own and know a lot about designer jewelry. There may be times in your life that you would like to sell or consign your jewelry -- we'd like to help. Here's how to consign your designer jewelry:

Adding your Personal Touch

We like doing things the "old-fashioned" way with a personal touch and want you to love your designer jewelry as much as possible. Although we don't customize, per se, we encourage you to personalize your selected designer piece. Here are some suggestions for personalization:

We are open to discuss any additional ideas you might have and encourage you to express your creativity and design flair.

We don't customize, but you are welcome to personalize your selected designer jewelry by changing side or center stones, etc. so long as it fits within the realm of good design.

Layaway Policy

We offer our customers layaway as an option. For in stock items we require 20% down and the remaining 80% to be paid over a 6 month period. Monthly payments are required to keep account in good standing. There are no refunds on layaway items after a 15 day period. Money paid on layaway accounts can be used within 1 year as store credit for other merchandise. Accounts not in good standing are subject to finance charges equal to 1.5% of remaining balance per month (18% annually) until account is paid in full. Any items not paid for in 6 month period forfeit all payments made on the account. For special orders due to the volatile precious metals and stones market we may adjust the final price to reflect changes in market price once item has been paid in full. Item will be ordered once final payment is made.

Craftsmanship Warranty

Many of the designers that we work with offer comprehensive lifetime craftsmanship warranties on their jewelry. In addition to these warranties, Pearlman's firmly stands behind the superior craftsmanship of the world class designer jewelry that we offer. If there is ever a problem with a piece of jewelry that is the result of poor craftsmanship or manufacturing defect, Pearlman's will work with the designer to have the piece repaired at no charge to the customer. You can feel confident that the beautiful jewelry you purchase from Pearlman's today will be enjoyed for generations to come.

Return Policy

In Stock and Estate Jewelry

All in stock merchandise items and estate jewelry can be returned within 10 business days of purchase.

For credit card orders, whether by paypal or other methods, a 5% restocking fee, in addition to all shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders paid for using cash, check, or bank wire, all shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging, and received by Pearlman's within the defined return period. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void a return.

The expense of any returned shipment is the responsibility of the customer.


Special Order and Closeout Jewelry

All sales are final on special order merchandise and closeout jewelry. Closeout Jewelry is defined as any item listed in the Closeouts section of the Pearlman's Jewelers website. Special Orders are defined as any item not currently in stock with Pearlman's Jewelers, that must be ordered from a designer or manufacturer.

An (RA) "return authorization" number will be required to return a product for any reason from a customer to Pearlman's.

It is the customer's responsibility to obtain this number, and pending return approval, it will be issued accordingly. Pearlman's reserves the right to refuse any package not labeled with the required (RA) number. The number covers any return for any reason, and any package delivered without proper authorization and labeling WILL be refused.

All monetary refunds will be posted within 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

All returns must have an RMA number displayed on the outside of the box. Call 888.811.1529 to obtain an RMA number.

Any funds will be returned via Paypal less any eBay, Paypal and shipping charges incurred.

Free Shipping Policy

Pearlman's Jewelers offers free shipping on all merchandise, to any location in the United States. Items being shipped to a P.O. Box or APO address must be shipped through FedEx and the United States Postal Service.

We ship in-stock items on the same business day if purchased before 3:00 PM EST. All items are shipped FREE within the U.S. via USPS and will typically arrive in 2-4 business days.

Our free shipping includes any shipping necessary for goods purchased from Pearlman's Jewelers. Shipping for diamonds and gemstones purchased from other retailers or supplied by the customer will incur shipping/insurance fees that will be based on the value of the item. All international orders will incur shipping fees to be determined at the time the order is placed.

All shipments from Pearlman's Jewelers are fully insured for the replacement value of the item being shipped. All packages require a signature at the time of delivery

Orders over $25,000 are typically shipped through USPS registered mail insured. Delivery time is 7-10 business days. These purchases can be upgraded to next day delivery. The price of the delivery is dependent on the value of the merchandise and can be provided upon customer request.

Shipping Upgrades

Customers are free to request shipping upgrades in order to speed up delivery. Next day FedEx and UPS shipments are available upon request. Charges for these services will be calculated depending on the location and insurance replacement value of the item being shipped.

Diamond and Gemstone Policies

Diamonds and gemstones must be paid for in full at the time an order is placed. Colorless diamonds and gemstones must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Fancy color diamonds can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items that were paid for with a credit card, or through Paypal, will be charged a 5 percent restocking fee. If a diamond or gemstone is set into a mounting this will void the return option. Diamond and gemstone prices are not subject to sales, gift cards or any other special offers unless otherwise specified.
