One of the finest Victorian Era Starburst pins I have ever seen. This pin is gold backed platinum and set with old European cut diamonds. The center diamond graded SI1 in clarity and H-I in color. The rest of the diamonds are VS in clarity and H-I in color. This pin/pendant has diamonds a plenty, an estimated 7.75 carats in total!! This pin looks as if someone put it away back in the day and it never saw the light of day since. It is in pristine condition. The pin/pendant has cleaver engineering as the pin back comes of with a hand made thumb screw and the hidden diamond bail opens up like an enhancer pendant to allow a wide variety of chains to be worn with it. This pin/pendant is a very special item and one to be enjoyed as well as a sharp investment piece.
